Our spacious health and fitness suite has an extensive range of all new Technogym equipment including cardio vascular and resistance machines. There’s also a dedicated free weights section and a large warm up area which is perfect for extra training.
Find the perfect way to keep active with fitness classes such as TRX, Circuit, Yoga and more. We have a large, bright group fitness studio, with larger classes taking place in our main hall.

Swimming’s a great way to have fun and get healthy, whatever your age of level of ability.
In our 6 lane, 25m swimming pool we offer a variety of activities including swimming lessons, early morning swim, Aqua Aerobics, Swim Fit and lane swimming. Ideal for competent swimmers as depths are 1.2m – 1.7m.
Our learner pool is ideal for adults and children alike to practice their swimming skills in relatively shallow water.
Our baby pool, which has a beached entry, is ideal for parents and guardians to introduce babies and tots to a pool environment.
The changing rooms feature group changing, individual cubicles, accessible changing, baby changing and enclosed showers.

The sports hall is a multi-sport arena featuring six badminton courts, five a side football pitches, volleyball courts, a netball court and a full size basketball court. Home to many activities including junior football and badminton, the sports hall is also available to hire.
Better Maindy Centre, Crown Way is perfectly located on the door step of the City Centre.
Whether it's a major music concert or sporting event we can provide hassle free parking.
Just turn up on event day, park up and scan one of the QR codes that are located on the parking signs around the car park, pay the fee for the length of stay you want and you're now either a short bus journey or 20 minute walk away from the city centre.
There is parking enforcement in place.
No parking overnight is permitted.
