Cardio Classes
Our Cardio classes are great for you if you want to sweat out and work on your cardiovascular fitness. From low-impact options like Aqua Aerobics and Group Cycle to Aerobics, Boxfit and HIIT, we are confident there is an option for everyone.
Strength and Conditioning Classes
Get stronger and tone up with our range of Strength and Conditioning classes. Whether you are looking for a full body workout in Power Pump and Body Conditioning or a more targeted approach in Legs, Bum and Tums, there are many weekly sessions available to choose from.
Dance Classes
Feel like a Dance with the Starts celebrity with our range of dance classes. Choose from Latin-flavour and full-of-energy Zumba classes or slightly lower-intensity option like Social Dance and get your body moving.
Short term passes
Did you know you can buy a 1, 7 and 14 day pass to use at the centre?
£15 for a day pass, £30 for 7 day pass and £50 for a 14 day pass giving you access to all the facilities in the centre.
