St Ives Leisure Centre at Trenwith Burrows gives you fitness and swimming with ocean views across St Ives Bay. The gym has cardio and weights while you look out over the water, and there's a 25-metre pool plus a teaching pool for lessons and aqua classes. After your workout, grab something at the cafe. Classes include group cycle, Pilates, HIIT, yoga, strength and conditioning, circuits and dance fitness every day, with step and aqua sessions proving popular. We run junior fitness programmes, over-50s classes and women-only sessions, and there's aqua splash for kids alongside gymnastics. The centre hosts birthday parties and works with local surf lifesaving groups to keep the community active.
