There's a sports hall for badminton and pickleball, plus soft play keeps younger children entertained. Classes include group cycle, dance fitness, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boxfit and circuits, with strength and conditioning sessions adding variety to your routine. We run over-50s programmes, menopause strength classes and GP referral sessions.
