Joanna Ryan said: “All of my hard work and training is paying off, and us girls smashed it. I would like to thank everyone who supports me, I could not have achieved this level without my coach Lawrence Lynch and my army of supporters including Paul my fiancée and my amazing mum, dad and family. Also a big thank you to GLL Sports Foundation for supporting me. It’s a wonderful feeling to be a European Champion and be part of the team. I still can’t believe it.”
