Give your child and their friends a party to remember with a fun filled cycling adventure! If they’ve mastered balance bikes with VeloBalance, our Pedal Up session is the perfect next step. Through exciting games and activities, kids will develop essential cycling skills preparing them for bigger biking adventures as they grow. Balance Bike

BMX

Give your child an adrenalin fueled party at Lee Valley VeloPark! Our BMX party packages let young riders take on the track, guided by expert coaches who teach key skills—from the basics to jumps, manuals, and racing techniques. Book a birthday party today for an action packed celebration full of thrills and excitement.

  •  Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the session

Ratios

  • Parental supervision will be required, one adult (over 18) to every seven children, so a minimum of two adults per party

Wider requirements

  • The lead parent must sign a group consent form for all children to participate
  • Parents must bring their own cake, party bags, and table decorations, please note balloons, party poppers, and similar items are not allowed for safety reasons
  • Full fingered gloves are required for BMX/MTB
  • Arms and legs must be fully covered for BMX sessions

Party Food

As part of our party packages catering is included from our two menu options, we allow an additional 45 minutes for catering which will be provided in an exclusive area within the Velodrome. Please note, additional snacks or drinks are available at Café 42 Degrees and can be purchased on the day. We don’t allow food or drinks purchased externally as however, additional catering options can be discussed and agreed in advance via email with our team.

A huuuge shout out of sincere thanks to your awesome coach Joey who handled Oliver's birthday party today. Not only did he oversee the 14 children brilliantly (allowing us parents to take a backseat and be spectators) - he made sure to spend 1-2-1 time coaching each of the children, including our son Finn. I watched him encourage the children to move out of their comfort zones and be carefully supportive to ensure they felt in control of decisions. As a result- our son learned to ride a pedal bike for the very first time. A moment my husband and I will never forget !! What an inspirational a place to learn do it too. Terms and conditions

  • Party cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice, and rescheduling is allowed only once
  • Full payment is required at booking and is non-refundable, including for unused spaces
  • BMX sessions may be delayed or canceled in winter due to weather or track conditions, possibly on the day
