CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Joanne

I thought our host was absolutely brilliant and was just fantastic with the kids. I’ve had so many positive comments from the parents. He was encouraging, positive, calm, patient, fun, professional and a real credit to the venue. My daughter really enjoyed it and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Ruth

Thank you so much to your team for a great BMX party. Joseph, the host, was excellent, as was Andrew the instructor. The catering people in the kiosk were so helpful and accommodating and explained everything so it was super fun and a great experience.

Julia

Thank you to Joey, Andrew and the team who looked after us today - the kids had an amazing time. Andrew and Joey were so good with them and delivered such a fun session, and we felt really well looked after. Such a lovely venue for a birthday party.

Vanita

I just wanted to say thank you to all the team who made Oscar's birthday so brilliant last weekend! Joey was an excellent host and was so good with the kids. The coach was also really good. 3 children learnt to use a pedal bike at the party too which the parents were so pleased about! Most importantly, Oscar had brilliant time celebrating and cycling with his friends.

Nicola

A huuuge shout out of sincere thanks to your awesome coach Joey who handled Oliver's birthday party today. Not only did he oversee the 14 children brilliantly (allowing us parents to take a backseat and be spectators) - he made sure to spend 1-2-1 time coaching each of the children, including our son Finn. I watched him encourage the children to move out of their comfort zones and be carefully supportive to ensure they felt in control of decisions. As a result- our son learned to ride a pedal bike for the very first time. A moment my husband and I will never forget !! What an inspirational a place to learn do it too. We really are still beaming and can't thank joey enough. As a result- our son learned to ride a pedal bike for the very first time. Thank you to all the wider team for putting on these kids party's - I'm sure it feels quite hectic at times but know you are creating BIG MILESTONE MOMENTS for proud parents like us.
