Senior Activities

Here at Better Gym Pinner we want everyone in our local community to lead a healthy, happy and active lifestyle, whatever their age. 

As well as working out in the gym, we offer a whole range of dedicated fitness classes for our senior members, offering a great way to engage in low-impact workouts to stay fit, active and social.
