Start your child's fitness habits early with a Junior Gym membership for children aged 11-17 years at Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex. With sessions available after school, weekends and over the school holidays, our qualified staff are on-hand during these sessions to ensure our juniors are having fun and working out safely, at the same time.

Junior Gym membership is available here at Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex. With this membership, juniors can access the Gym, swimming pools (including the Outdoor Lido), Junior or Family fitness classes, one racquet sport (badminton or table tennis) per day as well as being able to access other Better centres across Hillingdon including Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre, Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre and Queensmead Sports Centre. Adult and Junior Gym

Our Adult and Junior Gym sessions provide an excellent chance for families to stay fit and healthy while spending quality time together. This session is specifically designed for juniors aged 11-17, allowing them to enjoy gym activities in a safe and supportive environment. It is important to note that adults must supervise their juniors continuously throughout the entire duration of the session

Junior Induction

In order to guarantee the safety of our young members, we provide a Junior Gym Induction, which is led by a certified Fitness Instructor. This induction entails a demonstration of appropriate equipment usage and instruction on how to safely perform exercises. Prior to their initial Junior Gym session, all juniors are required to schedule and attend this induction.
