Football Drop In Sessions
Become a part of our Better Gym Sleaford team. Are you interested in trying football? Or maybe you have played before and want to get back to it? Our friendly team is open to anyone and suitable for all levels and abilities. These are mixed sessions where all adult women and men of all ages are welcome to join. Sessions can be booked online or via the app and are free for all Better Gym Sleaford members.

Junior Football
Is your child a football fan? Or, maybe you would like to encourage your child to be more active? Team sports are a great way to use that endless energy while socializing with others. From improving physical and mental health to teaching teamwork and social skills - football has it all. Days and times available:
- Tuesday: 16.30 – 17.15 (4-6 years old)
- Thursday: 16.30 – 17.15 (7-10 years old)
