Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specially for an older adults, we’ve got something to suit everyone.
Don't forget you can book classes online. Members can book 6 days and 10 hours in advance, non members 5 days in advance.

Mind and Body
Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived. Our Virtual and Instructor led Yoga and Pilates classess are available throughout the week.
Pilates
Gently train your physique and improve core strength in a calming, yet challenging atmosphere. Pilates exercises focus on concentration and muscle control, to build a revived and resilient you. Our Pilates class is great for lengthening and strengthening your core.
Yoga
Embrace the flow of natural body movements to develop strength, flexibility and a peaceful state of mind. From energetic routines to slow, serene sequences, Yoga classes balance movement and meditation to help you feel better inside and out.

Cardio
Get your heart pumping and feel better, as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes. Whether it's Group Cycle, HIIT, Aerobics or Circuits, we've got you covered.
Group Cycle
Ready to sweat? Our Group cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric, motivating environment.
HITT
Push yourself to the limit with 30-45 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker.
Functional Fitness
The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use everyday at home, work or during sports.
Aqua Aerobics
Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints.
Boxfit
Get your heart racing and feel the burn with Boxfit. Boxfit is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. Suitable for all levels, this non-contact workout will you improve your agility, strength and overall fitness.
Guided by a trained instructor, you'll work through a range of cardio exercises all focusing on fitness and toning your muscles, especially your arms and core.

Dance
Get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Our Tuesday andThursday evening Zumba classes are a great way to social and improve your energy and fitness levels.
Zumba
Zumba is such a fun way to combine exercise with dance, you won't even realise you're working out! Take to the floor and shake it to an infectious routine of easy to follow steps and moves in a sociable party atmosphere.
Dance Fitness
Dance yourself fit! Our ranges of Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way.

Strength and Conditioning
Start building a better you. Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body.
Power Pump
Fusing high-energy routines with challenging weights, our pump workouts are a full-body blast that will put you on the fast track to fitness.
Legs, Bums and Tums
Sculpt, tone, conditioning and build strength whilst focusing on your Bums, Tums and Thighs. This class does exactly what is says on the tin – what more could you ask for!
Body Conditioning
This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement and non-cardio exercises.
Circuits
Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger

Water Workout
