Junior Gym Classes
Junior fitness classes take place accross the week.They take place in the functional area and group cycle studio combining body weight and functional exercise’s to provide a full body workout.
These classes typically involve a combination of rhythmic movements and bodyweight exercises, such as jumping jacks, lunges, and burpees, to elevate heart rate and challenge the cardiovascular system.
