Whether you’re out and about or at home you can check your loan due dates, see whether your reservations are waiting for you, and even link multiple accounts so they’re all in one place. When you next visit the library you won’t need to remember your cards either, the digital card in your app works at self-issue machines and at the enquiry desk.

Download the app
Your library app is free to download. To install the app onto your device, open your app store and search for your library service by name e.g. ‘Lincolnshire Libraries’. Alternatively, you can click the button below for your library service.
Managing your account
Once you’ve downloaded your library app, adding your library accounts is easy. Read our step-by-step instructions to find out how. Please note, you will need your library card number and library account PIN number to add your account.
- Tap the three lines menu on the top right.
- Select "sign in" to add your account.
- Either scan the barcode on your library card or type in your card number.
- Type in your library account PIN number.
- Click the “Login” Button at the bottom of the screen.
- Optional: Select the "Keep me signed in" checkbox to allow the app to remember your details.
- Once logged in, you’ll see the main menu.
- To view your loans, reservations, and to add additional linked accounts, tap the “My Account” menu option, or the three lines menu button in the top right of your screen.
- From your loans screen, you can view the current due date, and renew your items.
