Rooms for Hire

Bromley Central Library has several halls and room available for hire. The halls are primarily intended for business meetings, private functions and approved public meetings.  Commercial users may hire the halls for private meetings, staff training and market research.  Direct business use, e.g. sale of goods, is not permitted.  The sale of alcohol at any event is not permitted.

Large Hall

The Large Hall has a seating capacity of 200.  Located on floor 4 of the library, it can be accessed either by lift or by stairwell from the ground floor.  There is a stage (not fixed) and a range of equipment available for hire.  Customers hiring the Large Hall have access to a kitchen with tableware and cutlery provided.

Charities, Local Government, Comunity Groups & Social functions £24.50 per hour £35.10 per hour

Small Hall

The Small Hall has a seating capacity of 50 cinema style, or 25 boardroom style.  It is also located on floor 4 of the library, which can be accessed either by lift or by  stairwell from the ground floor.  A range of equipment is available for hire.  Customers hiring the Small Hall also have access to a kitchen with tableware and cutlery provided.

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room has a seating capacity of 25 cinema style, or 15 boardroom style.  It is located on floor 5 of the library, which can be accessed either by a lift or by stairwell from the ground floor.  There is no access to kitchen facilities from this floor.
