Meditation Session | Tuesdays | 18:00-19:00

Our aim is to have a silent hour, where anyone can sit, think, pray, meditate or just be. There will be meditation music, commentaries and visualisations.

You don't need to have practised meditation before and no special clothes or aids are needed. The meditation will be done sitting on a chair in a group.

1st and 2nd Tuesday of each month. Ask staff for more information.
