We are delighted our service is open once again, and look forward to welcoming customers.
Access to our service will be restricted in line with government guidelines to maintain social distancing and protect staff and customers. We will not be accepting any drop-in visitors until further notice, and our service is subject to revised opening hours.
Visitors must make an appointment at least one working day in advance (please note, Thursday and Sunday are not working days for Wandsworth Heritage Service). Appointments are limited to two hours per person.
We will make every effort to ensure that customers who cannot visit have remote access to the materials they need during this time.
Our search room is situated on the first floor of Battersea Library, which has stair only access.
Any correspondence with Wandsworth Heritage Service will be retained for seven years and kept in a database to assist us in answering future enquiries. Please let us know if you would like your enquiry and its record to be deleted.
