Healthwise is Better's specialist physical activity referral programme, designed to support adults living with long-term health conditions to become more active safely and confidently.
Delivered by our qualified Healthwise team, the programme provides personalised support to help improve physical health, mental wellbeing and confidence through regular physical activity.
Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, better manage your health condition or simply become more active, Healthwise provides the guidance and encouragement to help you succeed.
Healthwise is available to adults (18+) who live in Gateshead or are registered with a Gateshead GP Practice and who would benefit from structured physical activity support.
