Our gym boasts an extensive range of state-of-the-art equipment, with 51 stations, including a wide selection of weight machines, free weights, and a variety of cardio and resistance trainers. 

Choose from two pools to suit your needs. Our 25-metre, 6-lane pool is perfect for a variety of swim sessions, whether you're training, exercising, or enjoying a leisurely swim. We also have a 10 metre dedicated smaller pool.

Our sauna and steam room offer a perfect retreat for relaxation, combining soothing heat and invigorating steam to promote wellness, reduce stress, and rejuvenate both body and mind.
