With so many fitness and fun social activities on offer at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, including gym, swim and fitness classes and sports hall activities sessions you’re sure to find something you’ll love. All is aimed at getting you active, having fun and keeping healthy at the same time. You'll receive a great support from our professional and friendly staff that will be happy to help you achieve your best.
Sports Hall Activities
Join us at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre for our weekly Senior Club Session were we have multiple sports taking place. These include table tennis, badminton, squash and pickleball.
No experience necessary, all abilities welcome for fun and frendily games. Equipment provided but please feel free to bring your own.
Sessions take place every Wednesday from 10:00 - 13:00.
Fitness Classes
We have a fitness class programme which caterers for all fitness levels. Classes such as Mindfulness and Chair based exercise. These classes are taken by our experienced Fitness Class instructors. The classes can be booked by using the BetterUK App or if you prefer our staff at the front desk can book these classes for you.
Swimming
If you’re looking for a low-impact way to get fit and healthy, swimming could be the perfect choice. And whatever your fitness levels, age or level of ability, you’re sure to find a session for you at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. Our Swim for Fitness sessions take place in slow, medium and fast lanes, so you can take things at your own pace.
Supervised Gym Sessions
Always wanted to give the gym a go, well now is your chance with our supervised gym sessions. These will give you the opportunity to engage with our friendly Fitness Instructors who are on hand to guide you on how equipment works, offer advice and make you feel at ease in the gym.
