Whether you're an experienced gym-goer or a complete beginner at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, you must complete an induction with one of our highly qualified fitness instructors before using the gym. Depending on your experience, the session may take 15 minutes for a quick overview or up to an hour for a full induction. This is also a great chance to learn about other activities offered at the centre that could support your fitness goals.

Our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. With over 100 stations including Cardiovascular Machines, resistance machines, free weights up to 40kg, smith machines, squat racks, TRX, core functional training equipment, a dedicated stretch area and a multi-training room.
We have dedicated fitness instructors and personal trainers on the gym floor who will support your needs.

Gym Induction
New to the gym environment and need some support? Or maybe you have never used Technogym equipment before? Book your gym induction with one of our Fitness Instructors who will show you how to use each piece of equipment and create a bespoke gym programme to get the most out of your workout and achieve your goals.
Choose from our range of inductions including a 1 hour Total induction which includes a personal tailored programme, or a 30 minute Basic Induction which covers the basics.
Included within all our memberships packages are our monthly 30 minute refocus sessions to keep you on track and motivated towards your goal.
Group Cycle Studio
Our Group Cycle Studio is immersed in vibrant LED lighting, creating an exciting and energising atmosphere that transforms every workout into an immersive experience. Whether you are new to group cycling or a regular rider, our motivating instructors will guide you through each session, helping you build confidence, improve fitness, and push your limits at your own pace.
With a variety of classes suitable for different fitness levels, each workout is designed to keep you engaged, challenged, and motivated from start to finish. The combination of dynamic lighting, uplifting music, and expert coaching creates a fun and stimulating environment that helps you stay focused and achieve your fitness goals.
Personal Training
Our highly qualified personal trainers are available to provide bespoke one on one training to help you achieve your fitness goals. They can provide expert advice on nutrition and lifestyle improvements which can help you reach these goals faster. Personal Training must be booked in advance directly with the trainer.
