We have classes for the whole community at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, from high-energy dance or cardio classes to strength, conditioning, mind and body. There’s something for everyone. Strength and Conditioning Classes

Legs, Bums & Tums – A fun, effective class targeting the lower body with exercises like squats and lunges to build strength and fitness.
Body Conditioning – Intense, high-energy sessions blending cardio and conditioning for a powerful full-body workout.
Core Conditioning – Improve strength and posture with this low-impact class using equipment and bodyweight to build a stronger core.
Functional Fitness – Small group training on the gym floor, focused on improving strength, balance, and everyday movement through practical exercises.

HIIT- Better results, faster. Push yourself to the limit with 30 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker. If you want fast results in a class full of like-minded people of all ages and abilities, try a HIIT class near you. Better for: A full body workout
Group Cycle - Pedal your way fit. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline -based classes.
Circuit Training- Part of our small group training which takes place on the gym floor. Push your workout to the next level with high intensity circuit training. Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger.
Senior Classes
Whatever your level of fitness, everyone is welcome at one of our fitness classes. Our Basics classes are designed for seniors, beginners, juniors or those wanting to get back to fitness after a break, people referred by their GP and more.
Mindfulness Basics - With simpler movements & lower intensity, this class is perfect for people starting their fitness journey, older adults, families & anyone looking to build confidence. Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are & what we’re doing.
Chair Based Yoga Exercise - With simpler movements & lower intensity, this class is perfect for people starting their fitness journey, older adults and anyone looking to build confidence. Embrace the flow of natural body movements to develop strength, flexibility & peace of mind. This class incorperates chair based movements to strengthen ones stability and balance.
Mind and Body Classes
Our Mind and Body Basics classes offer something for everyone. If your looking to improve mobility or incorporate time for helping you to relax and reflect, then our selection of classes will help provide a great option for all.
Pilates- Concentrating on posture, balance and flexibility this class can help to relieve tension in shoulders, back and legs and improve core strength in a relaxing atmosphere.
Mindfulness – This class will help to release tensions, find inner calm and help participates to relax. A series of guided mediations will take place in a calm and peaceful environment.
Yoga - Embrace the flow of natural body movements to develop strength, flexibility and a peaceful state of mind. From energetic routines to slow, serene sequences, Yoga classes balance movement and meditation to help you feel better inside and out. Better for: Gaining peace of mind, improving overall strength and wellbeing.
Dance Classes

Zumba - such a fun way to combine exercise with dance, you won't even realise you're working out. Inspired by disciplines such as salsa, flamenco, reggaetón and hip hop, Zumba dancing transforms your fitness routine into a fiesta.
Dance Fitness - Dance yourself fit! Our ranges of Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes. Better for: Cardio fitness.
Junior Classes
Why not get involved in our junior fitness classes? Whether you want to build a stronger body with our strength and conditioning classes or get your heart pumping and burn calories with our cardio classes. Crystal Palace National Sports Centre has all the classes you need. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time and additional classes are put onto our time table during the holiday periods.
Cardio Junior - Get your heart pumping and increase your energy levels in one of our Junior Cardio classes. These classes are fast-paced with high energy activities which could include HIIT and Step Aerobics in one class.
Strength and Conditioning Junior - Strengthen and condition your whole body in one of our Junior Strength & Conditioning classes. These classes are a combination of strength and conditioning activities that could include Circuit Training and Body Conditioning in one class.
