Please note that on your first visit you will be required to complete a gym induction with a fitness instructor, this will need to be pre booked.

ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM

In our adult and junior gym sessions for 11-17 year olds you can work out with your child giving you both a chance to boost fitness in the gym and use a range of equipment. The reservation must be made by the junior who books the ‘adult and junior gym’ session with their membership and are required to complete an induction before attending. Juniors aged between 11-15 years are required to be supervised by an adult all times and take responsibility for the child’s conduct and safe use of machines.

Dates / Times: Weekdays 7.00am-6.00pm & Weekends 3.00pm-5.00pm 

Price: Adult Member £0, Adult Non Member £14.65, Junior £0.00

Supervision: If an adult is found to not be supervising or the child is misusing gym equipment or misbehaving then both parties may be asked to leave.

SOFT PLAY SESSIONS

Soft play is great fun for little ones and gives them time to run off steam and have fun playing with new friends. 

Our soft play is ideal for under 5 years but can cater for under 7 years 

Week Days: Monday - Friday

Times: 9.00am-5.00pm

JUNIOR MIND & BODY

TEEN YOGA

Our New Junior Mind & Body class is for 11 - 17 years and will focus on holistic health, combining physical fitness with mental well-being to boost confidence, strength, and stress management.

These sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and accessible to all fitness levels.
