ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM (11-17yrs)
In our adult and junior gym sessions for 11-17 year olds you can work out with your child giving you both a chance to boost fitness in the gym and use a range of equipment. The reservation must be made by the junior who books the ‘adult and junior gym’ session with their membership and are required to complete an induction before attending. Juniors aged between 11-15 years are required to be supervised by an adult all times and take responsibility for the child’s conduct and safe use of machines.
Dates / Times: Weekdays 7.00am-6.00pm & Weekends 3.00pm-5.00pm
Price: Adult Member £0, Adult Non Member £14.65, Junior £0.00
Booking: Book your session, up to 7 days in advance, via our Better UK app or online
Supervision: If an adult is found to not be supervising or the child is misusing gym equipment or misbehaving then both parties may be asked to leave.
JUNIOR GYM SESSIONS
Its the Summer Holidays!
If you are aged 11-17 years and want to work out in the gym we have lots of extra sessions available!
Days: 7 days per week
Session Days/Times: Weekdays 11am - 6pm & Weekends 12noon-2pm.
Price £4.55
Please note that on your first visit you will be required to complete a gym induction with a fitness instructor.

SOFT PLAY SESSIONS
Soft play is great fun for little ones and gives them time to run off steam and have fun playing with new friends.
Our soft play is ideal for under 5 years but can cater for under 7 years
Week Days: Monday - Friday
Times: 9.00am-5.00pm

Weekends Saturday & Sunday
Times 9.00am - 3.00pm (availability may vary due to party bookings)
