Aged 11–17 and looking to stay active during the school holidays? Enjoy extra gym sessions designed for young people to work out safely and build confidence. Our Adult and Junior Gym sessions for 11–17 year olds are a great way to stay active together and enjoy a workout using a range of gym equipment. Sessions must be booked by the junior member, who must complete an induction. Children aged 11–15 must be supervised at all times. Visit our Prices page for full details.
Join our FREE Summer Holiday Performing Arts Camp at The Plumstead Centre for young people aged 8–16. Funded through the HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) programme, places are available for eligible families living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and receiving free school meals. Food is provided during sessions. Terms and conditions apply.
