Aged 11–17 and looking to stay active during the school holidays? Enjoy extra gym sessions designed for young people to work out safely and build confidence. Adult and Junior Gym

Our Adult and Junior Gym sessions for 11–17 year olds are a great way to stay active together and enjoy a workout using a range of gym equipment. SPOOKTACULAR PARTY

This half term join us for a spooktacular Halloween party on Tuesday 27th October from 10:00am to 12pm. Children aged 5-14 can enjoy arts and crafts, costume catwalk, party games and a thriller dance class. Costumes encouraged and the fun guaranteed.
