Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex is home to three indoor swimming pools that cater for a range of swim sessions and swimming lessons.
The 8 lane, 50m competition pool is perfect for those who enjoy our swim for fitness lane swimming and general swimming sessions.
The 25m, 8 lane training pool is an ideal pool to learn and gain water confidence and is used for family sessions and also our Better Swim School.
The leisure pool boasts a range of pool features for the whole family including a waterfall, neck and back massage , bubbles , wall jets , water tunnel and giser.
The 50m outdoor lido is the perfect destination for an outdoor swim. The pool also features cascades fountains at both ends and a shallow Outdoor Children's Splash Pool for children.
