Starting to work-out in the gym at a young age can be a great way to ingrain healthy habits early on. With a wide array of equipment at our facility, and specific classes designed to be fun, dynamic, and complimentary to childhood development, there’s never been a better time to start the journey of wellbeing to last a lifetime.
Juniors will have access to the majority of gym equipment including:
Cardio machines (treadmills, stair masters, cross-trainers, bikes, and rowing machines)
Resistance machines* (chest press, cables pulley machines, leg press, hip adductor, hip abductor, shoulder press, leg extension, hamstring curl, & assisted chin-up)
Functional Area* (TRX, bosu balls, steps, slam balls, medicine balls, battle rope, plyo boxes)
Juniors are not able to access the free weights area. *Juniors are required to use the lightest weight plates when using the resistance machine
