Our state-of-the-art fitness facility provides a range of equipment and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. With 62 cardio stations and 34 resistance and free weight stations, we offer a diverse and well-equipped environment for individuals of all fitness levels.

The gym has been completely reconfigured into dedicated workout zones and is now fully equipped with brand-new, top-of-the-range Technogym equipment, delivering the latest in fitness technology and performance for every training style.

Gym Inductions
We understand that starting your fitness journey can be both exciting and challenging. That's why our gym induction process is designed to provide you with personalised support from the very beginning. Here's what you can expect during your induction: personalised 1-2-1 chat, bespoke gym programme, introduction to equipment and machines, ongoing support on the gym floor, and answers to any questions or queries you may have.

Personal Training
Our team of experienced Level 3 Personal Trainers is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals through personalised guidance and support. They will create a tailored programme, guide you through the sessions and provide motivation and support throughout your fitness journey. Our PTs will record your progress over time allowing for adjustments to your program as needed, to keep you on the path to success.

Junior Gym
Our Junior Gym offers a welcoming space for teens and older children aged between 11-17 years to get active and develop their fitness skills. All juniors are required to book a gym induction before their first session. Our gyms are fully staffed so there will always be a Fitness Instructor on hand to provide support and answer any queries.
Sessions take place Monday through Friday from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm.

Refocus Sessions
Our refocus sessions give the opportunity to work with our Fitness Instructors to regularly refresh your workout programme every 6 weeks. These sessions are based on your fitness goals and aim to keep your training varied and challenging, ensuring you are continually growing and reaching your full fitness potential.
