Aqua Splash

Specifically designed for children aged eight and above, these inflatables introduce an additional layer of fun to their swim time. Test your balance and see if you can stay on without tumbling into the water. Dare your friends to a friendly competition of endurance on the inflatables!

*All participants must be able to swim 25m.

Junior Gym & Junior Table Tennis

Make your child's school breaks more exciting at Chingford Leisure Centre! Our Junior Gym and table tennis sessions, designed for 11-17 year olds, are the perfect way to keep them active. With dedicated gym time they'll learn to use equipment safely with our friendly team, and can even try their hand at table tennis. Plus, we've got exciting Adult and Junior Gym sessions - a great way to bond and get fit together.

Junior Gym times:

  • 11:00am-6:00pm  ( Mon-Fri)
  • 12:00am- 4:00pm ( Sat- Sun)

Junior Table Tennis times:

  • 4:00pm-6:00pm  ( Mon-Fri)
  • 1:00pm-3:00pm ( Sat- Sun)

Adult and Junior Gym times:

  • 8:00am-10:00pm ( Mon –Fri)
  • 8:00am-5:00pm   ( Sat – Sun)

Important to note: If your child is a junior member aged between 11 and 15, they can use the cardiovascular and fixed resistance machines like treadmills and chest press machines. However, only our members aged 16 and 17 are permitted to use the free weights.
