Gym Workout

Working out has never been easier. Here at Better Gym Sleaford, on top of a spacious and well-equipped gym, we offer a range of gym inductions for all levels and abilities. Whether you are new to it or already a gym-goer, our fitness instructors can help you start your fitness journey by familiarizing you with our range of equipment, demonstrating the exercises and offering a fitness programme tailored to your needs. All of this is included in your monthly membership and can be booked online or via the BetterUK App.

GYM INDUCTIONS

We offer two types of Gym Inductions for adults:

Total Inductions - 1 hour dedicated to you and you only. No matter your experience level we will familiarise you with our range of gym equipment and create a programme based on your needs and goals.

Give It a Go Inductions - 30 minute one to one sessions with a Fitness Instructor for more experienced users to help with any quieries.

RE-FOCUS SESSION

Joining a gym is a huge step for most of us. To help with the progress and stay motivated, the team at Better Gym Sleaford is here to help keep you on track with a Re-Focus session.

Every six weeks we will offer you the opportunity to re-evaluate your progress with a Fitness Instructor and mix up your programme to keep challenging your body and stop your routine becomming stale.
