We believe that encouraging young minds to stay fit and healthy is very important. We offer Junior Gym sessions and Adult and Junior sessions at varying times.
Juniors can get our affordable Junior Gym membership for only £18, which includes access to Better Gym Sleaford as well as One NK Leisure Centre and Sleaford Leisure Centre. Junior are also allowed to use swimming facilities for free in both leisure centres.
Our Better Health and Fitness Junior membership is designed to help youngsters get off to a great start, at a competitive price. Junior Gym sessions take place throughout the week on the following days:
All juniors are required to book a Junior Gym Induction prior to attending their first session.
