Congratulations to the Windrush Leisure Centre who achieved Quest Excellent

The team at the Windrush Leisure Centre are delighted to announce they achieved Excellent, for the first time, during the most recent Quest Assessment.

This is an accolade that just 10% of the 700 UK leisure facilities, which undergo the assessment, achieve.

Part of the assessment, included the Mystery Visit which concentrates on the operational aspects of the centre as well as the full customer journey and experience. For the second consecutive assessment the Windrush Leisure Centre received an Excellent score for the Mystery Visit, this follows on from the Windrush LC receiving the 2nd Highest Mystery Visit score in 2017.

The Assessor said: ‘The customer service standards at Reception informed customers that staff would provide a clean centre which they certainly did. The centre was very clean and tidy which is a compliment to the staff.’

He went on to say ‘the Windrush Leisure Centre is well on the way to having a private health club feel due to the high standards, keep up the good work.’

 

John Busby, General Manager at the Windrush Leisure Centre said: ‘the Excellent rating achieved is a fantastic reflection of the hard work and commitment shown by the team. We are committed to providing a top-class sports and leisure service to the local community and we hope that this fantastic result will encourage even more local residents to visit.’ This is a fantastic achievement and one that the Windrush Leisure Centre fully deserves for the high standards they continue to deliver.
