Over 65s and Senior activities
Our over 65's sessions run every Tuesday and Friday from 9.30am-12pm. Come down and try a variety of activities including Swimming, Aqua aerobics, Aerobics, access to the gym and badminton. There are tea's and coffee availible as part of the session. You get all this for £5 or as part of your monthly membership.
We also run a variety of other activities as seen below.
