JUNIOR GYM
Junior Gym sessions offer 11-17 year olds the opportunity to use the gym with help and support from our experienced Fitness Instructors. With dedicated times throughout the week and additional sessions during school holidays, there is plenty of time to improve your fitness.
Juniors will have access to the gym equipment including bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and cross trainers.
Times
Monday, Wednesday & Friday- 15:15-17-25, Last entry slot is 16:25
Tuesday & Thursday- 15:15-17:45, Last entry slot is 16:45
Saturday & Sunday - 11:00-16:00, Last entry slot is 15:00
Early Risers Monday -Friday 07:00-08:00
All sessions are 1 hour long and all sessions must be booked via the app.
Junior Gym extends its hours during school holidays allowing juniors to book from 11:00
