Chislehurst Library - Reopening following refurbishment

We are excited to announce that Chislehurst Library will reopen to the public following completion of the recent refurbishment work. The event will be attended by the Mayor of Bromley and the community are invited to celebrate the opening with complementary refreshments and children's activity programme from 11am-1pm.

Chislehurst Library will be the fifth library to re-open as part of an £11m initiative to modernise libraries across the borough.
The confirmation that Chislehurst Library reopens next week follows the closure of temporary library in Hornbrook House in the High Street, as the library team work to transfer all the books and other equipment ready in time for next week’s reopening.
