Introducing Elevate Bootcamp Classes

We're pleased to bring Elevate Bootcamp to Clissold Leisure Centre: the premium fitness class that elevates your fitness to a new level.

Bootcamp combines cardio and strength training to keep you focused on achieving peak performance. Each session pushes you to your limits, building your endurance, strength, and agility. Prepare to take your fitness to the next level and unlock your full potential!

Choose from loads of great, motivationalgroup activities that'll help you strengthen and condition your whole body.

Power Pump

Get your body pumping to a driving beat with one of our motivating pump fitness classes. Fusing high-energy routines with challenging weights, our pump workouts are a full-body blast that will put you on the fast track to fitness. Better for: Strength and conditioning of all major muscle groups

Legs, Bums & Tums

A great full body workout, targeting those challenging areas. Sculpt, tone, conditioning and build strength whilst focusing on your Bums, Tums and Thighs. This class does exactly what is says on the tin – what more could you ask for! Better for: Strength and conditioning

Core Conditioning

These low-impact classes really help to improve the body’s strength and posture. Our dedicated team of Fitness Class Instructors use a range of innovative equipment and direct you to support your own body weight, helping you to develop a stronger core. Better for: Strengthening your core and improving your posture

Circuit Training

Push your workout to the next level with high intensity circuit training. Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger. Better for: Strength, stamina and endurance

Body Conditiong

Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout. Total Body Conditioning will get you a "head to toe" toning workout in this freestyle format class. This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement and non-cardio exercises. This class uses body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more. Better for: Strength and conditioning

Mind & Body

Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower impact classes:

Pilates

Gently train your physique and improve core strength in a calming, yet challenging atmosphere. Pilates exercises focus on concentration and muscle control, to build a revived and resilient you. Better for: Lengthening and strengthening your core

Yoga

Embrace the flow of natural body movements to develop strength, flexibility and a peaceful state of mind. From energetic routines to slow, serene sequences, Yoga classes balance movement and meditation to help you feel better inside and out. Better for: Gaining peace of mind, improving overall strength and wellbeing.

Dance fitness classes allow you to get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face:

Dance Fitness

Dance yourself fit! Our ranges of Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes. Better for: Cardio fitness

Zumba

Zumba is such a fun way to combine exercise with dance, you won't even realise you're working out! Take to the floor and shake it to an infectious routine of easy to follow steps and moves in a sociable party atmosphere. Better for: Cardio fitness

 

Cardio

Get your heart pumping and increase your energy levels, as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes:

HIIT

Better results, faster. Push yourself to the limit with 30 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker. If you want fast results in a class full of like-minded people of all ages and abilities, try a HIIT class near you. Better for: A full body workout

Group Cycle

Pedal your way fit. Cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our diciplined based classes Better for: Lower body strength and conditioning

Finess Rebounding 

Bounce your way fit. A low impact exercise using a small trampoline. It’s fun, energising and infectious, but will make you work! Better for: Cardio fitness

Boxfit

Combine boxing moves with invigorating aerobic exercise to get a great all-over workout in a safe, non-competitive environment. Boxfit classes deliver a one-two punch of intense physical activity and a motivating environment to train your way to fighting fitness. Better for: Strength & conditioning

Step Aerobics

Step it up and get in great shape. A motivational class using a platform and fast music for a high intensity workout. It’s so much fun, you’ll forget you’re working out! Better for – Cardio Fitness and Conditioning the whole body

Functional Fitness

Get better strength and balance. The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use everyday at home, work or during sports. Perfect for overall strength, coordination and balance. Better for – Fitness for everyday living

Aqua Aerobics

Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Why not try something new with our water workouts. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints. Better for: Mobility and stress relief
