From culture to courses, we have a broad and varied programme of activities for adults, including
Afternoon Reading Group | Mondays(monthly) | 2.00-3.00pm
If you would like to read something different and meet other readers to chat about a variety of specially selected books, then why not join us? Our groups are open to anyone who loves reading. An informal Poetry appreciation group involving discussing and sharing poetry.
Friday Friends | Last Friday of the month | 10.30-11.45am
A morning coffee group with a varied programme of interesting talks.
Knit and Natter | Thursdays (fortnightly) | 1.15-3.15pm
A group for knitting and crochet advice, inspiration and a chat! Beginners are welcome.
Computer club | Timings flexible
A Computer club for beginners. Involving mouse and keyboard skills, internet introduction and creating an email account. Cost: £10 for 3 weeks.For more information please contact the library.
