No matter your swimming or fitness ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you're looking to build your confidence, work on your strokes, or just simply want to enjoy a swim with your family and friends. Our Swim for All sessions run in the Leisure Pool and are without the waves or flumes. where you are invited to splash about and have fun in the water without being constricted to specific lanes.
Swim for Fitness is a gentle yet effective way to stay healthy, offering a low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're taking it easy in the slow lane or challenging yourself in the fast lane, you can swim at your own pace. These sessions are for adults and children who can swim continuous lengths. Each lane is clearly marked with signs to guide you in the right direction, making it easy to enjoy your swim.

Make a splash every Friday night from 17:45pm at The Sovereign Centre’s Big Wave Night in our Leisure Pool. With huge waves, exciting music, and high-energy fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Ride the Wave Machine for an ocean-like experience, race down the flume slide, and enjoy big tunes that keep the energy high. Whether you're looking for thrills or just want to have fun in the water, Big Wave Night is an unmissable event for kids, families, and water lovers of all ages.
How to Book:
To book, simply choose the "Family Fun Swim" session in the Leisure Pool at 17:45-19:15pm on a Friday night.
On the first Saturday of each month at 9:00am, we offer a swim session in the Leisure Pool designed to support individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). To create a calmer and more comfortable environment, there will be no music, waves, or pool features in use. This session runs during term time only.

This session takes place on the first Saturday of each month during school term time, from 9:00am.
How to Book:
To book, simply choose the "Swim for All" session in the Leisure Pool at 9:00am-10:30am on the first Saturday of the month.
Ready for a splash? The Aqua Splash is an exciting inflatable obstacle course in our Training pool, where children and adults can dive, climb, and race through the fun course. This challenge is designed for those aged 8+ who can swim at least 25m. A swim test may be required before participating.
