Lee Valley VeloPark
Track Attack!

What: Whether a complete track cycling newbie or a master of the banking, learn new skills and follow in the footsteps of Olympic heroes. Suitable for those aged 12 - 16 years.

BMX Thrills and MTB Skills
When: Tuesday 28 May, 11:00 - 15:00
What: Children can learn basic skills, gain confidence in two exciting cycling disciplines, and improve their techniques on our mountain bike trails and BMX track. Suitable for those aged 12 - 16 years.

BMX Thrills and MTB Skills

What: Beat the boredom of the school holidays as your kids grab their handlebars, burn rubber and experience cycling like never before. Riders will improve their skills, learn new techniques, and gain confidence on the BMX track and MTB trails. Suitable for those aged 7 - 11 years.

Lee Valley White Water Centre
Rafting Unleashed
When: Wednesday 29 May - Friday 31 May, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00
What: Our rapids are waiting! Take on the mighty drops of our Olympic standard white water course. Your runs will all be about speed, using the power of water to navigate the course in a rollercoaster ride. We may not have a 360° loop, but we have drops that will get your heart pounding and smiles forming. Suitable for anyone age 12+.

Rodeo Rafting
When: Wednesday 29 May - Friday 31 May, 10:30-12:30, 14:30-16:30
What: Bucking broncos have nothing on our rapids! If you’re ready to step your rafting up to the next level then this is the experience for you. Don’t be fooled by the serene journey to the start pool, get ready for some white water action which isn’t for the faint hearted as this is an out ‘n’ out adrenalin fuelled ride. You’ll get to splash down from the big drops, surf the curling waves and upon arriving at the end of the course you’ll catch your breath before getting back on the conveyor to the top of the course to do it all again.

Hot Dog Kayaking

What: Hot Dogs with a difference! These inflatable two person kayaks are a great way to tackle the rapids as a duo. You’ll feel every wave of the rapids as you plunge into the drops of our Legacy Loop and paddle your way down the course.

Hydrospeeding

What: Nothing beats this exhilarating activity, which is pure white water fun! Jump into action as you navigate your way down the rapids with your flippers on and holding on to your board!

Own a Pony Sessions

What: Muck out, groom, tack up, ride and learn lots about horses and the care they need, giving your child a taster of what it's like to own a pony. Suitable for ages 5+.

Meet the Mini's

What: A great way for introducing young children to ponies. Meet and groom our american miniature horses whilst being supervised by a member of staff who can answer all your questions about ponies. Suitable for ages 3+.
