Following our recent Customer Forum we have taken on board your ideas and suggestions and introuced a new Yoga class starting Monday 28th of October at 7pm.

OurĀ  Yoga classes feature a range of exercises from energetic, full-body workouts to relaxing more traditional poses.

Which is better for gaining peace of mind, improving overall strength and wellbeing.

You can also burn up to approximately 280 calories per hour.
