The New, Quick And Simple Way To Access Better Gym East Village

Reminder: we're making things even Better!

We recently contacted you to let you know of some changes we will be making to how you can access your local Better centre.

You may be used to the facial recognition system that was in place previously, but we have now moved to a more robust and easy to use form of technology for you to enter and get back to the activities you enjoy, quickly and easily.

Introducing Smart Tiles

We will now be using QR codes, which you may already be familiar with, and you can use your mobile phone with the Better UK app to quickly scan and enter Better Gym East Village. These QR codes are called Smart Tiles - and there will be plenty of information in centre about how to use these, but if you need help - just ask our friendly Concierge.

When is this happening?

The new Smart Tiles are now in place at your local centre, and all you need to do is scan the Smart Tile which is linked to the Better UK app, which will give you access to get back in the gym, make a splash in the pool or enjoy a fitness class.

What about my data?

As we move across to using Smart Tiles, you can rest assured that all customer biometric data (which means your photograph or facial image) will be inaccessible from 31st October and will shortly thereafter be permanently deleted.

Do I need to do anything?

All you will need to do is ensure you have the Better UK app on your phone.
