Cardio Zone

Get your heart rate up in the cardio zone, with treadmills, cross trainers, and Technogym SkillMill and SkillRun equipment. Built-in screens and virtual routes help keep sessions interesting. This area works is great whether you’re training regularly or just looking to stay active.

Functional Area

The functional area is set up with kettlebells, sandbags, and mat space for core work. It’s a good place to change up your routine with bodyweight exercises, circuits, and different movements. This area suits anyone who enjoys variety in their workouts.

Resistance Area

With resistance machines on both levels, you can train all the main muscle groups without waiting around. The equipment is easy to use and helps you keep track of progress, making sessions feel smooth and focused.

Free Weights

The strength area includes dumbbells from 2kg to 48kg, Olympic benches, and a dedicated deadlift platform. It’s a welcoming space to work on strength and muscle tone. Staff are nearby if you’d like guidance or support while you train.
