We know you might have lots of questions regarding your new leisure centre in West Drayton and we really appreciate your patience and support during this time. Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy deep cleaning, adding new systems and signage, training our new team, and getting everything ready to open.

Memberships and Prices
Is there a discount for residents?
Yes, there is a Pay As You Go discount for local residents with a HillingdonFirst Card. You can find out more here.
When will the membership prices be released are where can I find them?
Memberships will be on offer from Monday 20th April. However, you may find a special offer ahead of the opening day here.
Is the centre included in the Hillingdon Partnership membership?
Yes, Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre is included in the Partnership membership. Hillingdon Partnership members will receive an email closer to the opening date to confirm this.
Activities and facilities
What facilities are available?
Facilities include a 25m main swimming pool, a teaching pool, splash pool, splash pad and flume, sauna and steam room, clip 'n climb, soft play, sensory room, two floor gym, group cycle studio, fitness studio, sports hall and a 3G 5 aside football pitch.
More information on these facilities will be shared closer to the opening.
Do I need to book the sauna and steam room?
Yes you will need to book the sauna and steam room through the Better UK app or website. When you arrive at the centre you will need to collect your wristband for your session.
Are there accessible facilities within the centre?
Yes, the facility is accessible with multiple lifts and accessible changing, shower and toilet areas. There is a pool pod for access into the main pool and a pool hoist for access to the teaching pool.
We also have a Changing Places facility on the ground floor.
What session will be in the sports hall?
We will offer a number of different activities within the Sports Hall - including badminton, pickleball, senior sessions, gymnastics lessons and some local clubs.

Will there be an aqua aerobics class?
Yes, more information we be available on the Better Uk app closer to opening once the classes timetable is confirmed.
Will junior gym sessions be available?
Yes, junior gym sessions will run from 4pm-6pm on weekdays and 11am-1pm on weekends. Junior and adult gym sessions will run from 4pm-8pm on weekdays and 11pm-4pm on weekends. Please note juniors are between the ages 11-17 to use the gym.

Monday-Friday: 6am-10pm
Saturday-Sunday: 8am-6pm
