Sporthouse is one of the most comprehensive sporting facilities in London, and is recognised as the UK’s largest sports hall with a 300-station gym, 12 lifting platforms for Olympic style strength training equipment, and boasts 25 athletic courts. Sporthouse has a group exercise studio for all levels, which can be used for a variety of events such as business team-building activities, salsa dancing parties and even self-defense classes.
