A new functional fitness area is the perfect place for a HIIT work out and two further studios host a wide variety of Fitness Classes for all ages and abilities. This includes a multi purpose black out studio for interactive group cycle and yoga classes. The centre has a 25m fitness pool and a leisure pool with slides and a wave machine, sauna and Jacuzzi making it the perfect place for all your water activities including our Better Swim School lessons, aqua aerobics, fitness swims and family sessions.
