Our activities for seniors (over 66) are designed not only to keep you fit and active but also to provide a fantastic opportunity to socialize and make new friends. These activities are aimed at encouraging you to get out of the house, have fun, and stay healthy. You'll receive excellent support from our professional and friendly staff, who will help you achieve your best.

Joining a gym can be intimidating at any age. Whether you’re unfamiliar with the equipment, struggling with body confidence, or signing up for the first time, it’s natural to have reservations.

Senior Club Session

Our Senior Club Session provides customers a chance to be part of something more. 

This session offers a community for everyone to get involved in a variety of sports to stay active whilst enjoying the social element that often comes along with sports partticipation.

On offer is Badminton, Pickleball, Table Tennis, Walking Netball and Short Mat Bowls and led by our team, Daryn and Ku. 

Refreshments are provided throughout the duration of the session and available to book now.

Sessions start from 21st October 2025 and will run every Tuesday from 10am-1pm.

Our senior gym sessions are the perfect opportunity for our senior members to get up into the gym all together. from cardio to strength training you can have a full body workout in our well equiped gym.

Table Tennis and Pickleball

We also run a senior table tennis drop in session on Friday's at 10am - 12pm. 

These sessions are a great way to meet people and have a bit of competitve fun.

Pickleball

The game is known for its quick pace, strategy, and accessibility to players of various ages and skill levels. Get ready and experience this addictive sport. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a curious beginner for a smashing time, book your court now. all equipment is included in these sessions.

Wellness Hub

Unlike conventional exercise equipment, Innerva's machines do not rely solely on muscle power. Instead, they use an electronic power system, allowing for both passive and active workouts, tailored to your ability.

The equipment is also perfect for anyone coming back to exercise after periods of rest or inactivity. This includes the elderly, those with mobility issues and can also be used to manage and rehabilitate those living with conditions such as MS, Fibromyalgia and post stroke.
