Cardiff Council and GLL have been working hard to refurbish your local leisure centre, bringing a brand-new pool to the community as well as a refurbishment gym and reception area.
The Gym and studio have now been upgraded and the brand new pool and slide is now open with taster sessions over the summer as we build a full programme in August.
The newly refurbished gym provides the community with over 80 workout stations, with dedicated strength, cardio, functional and resistance zones.
Our friendly fitness instructors are always on hand to help you meet your fitness goals from your initial induction through to refocus sessions; we are always here to help. We also offer personal training for those who want an extra push to overcome any obstacles. Please speak to a member of the team to find out more.
Our pool has undergone a complete transformation, thanks to a major investment from Cardiff Council. Measuring 25m x 13m, it's now home to the UK's first two movable floors, with adjustable depths from 0.0m to 1.8m, making it a flexible, accessible space for swimmers of all abilities. With a moveable floor, little ones can enjoy a splash pad and water jet experience.
The facility also includes a dedicated slide area adding to what the pool has to offer.
Your brand-new dedicated fitness class studio offers the perfect weekly programme of classes which include the communities favourte Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and circuits.
The sports hall accommodates a number of sports in its facility. There are 4 badminton courts, a five a side football pitch and Pickleball courts.
A meeting room is available for booking. Accommodating up to 25 people, refreshments are available on request.
The centre features an all weather, floodlit, 3G artificial grass pitch for safer, more realistic play.
Suitable for football and rugby, both competitive and recreational, we offer competitive rates for peak and off peak bookings.

Whether it's a major music concert or sporting event we can provide hassle free parking.
Just turn up on event day, park up and scan one of the QR codes that are located on the parking signs around the car park, pay the fee for the length of stay you want and you're now either a short bus journey or 20 minute walk away from the city centre.
There is parking enforcement in place.
No parking overnight is permitted.
