We offer a wide range of facilities to cater for everyone. Discover the facilities available below.
Gym
The gym provides 27 workout stations, with specific cardiovascular and strength areas.
Our friendly fitness instructors are always on hand to help you meet your fitness goals from your initial induction through to refocus sessions; we are always here to help. We also offer personal training for those who want an extra push to overcome any obstacles. Please speak to a member of the team to find out more.
Community Room
Your community room hosts fitness classes such as Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and circuits.
Sports Hall
The sports hall accommodates a number of sports in its facility. There are 4 badminton courts, a five a side football pitch and Pickleball courts.
Meeting Room
A meeting room is available for booking. Accommodating up to 25 people, refreshments are available on request.
Outdoor Pitch
The centre features an all weather, floodlit, 3G artificial grass pitch for safer, more realistic play.
Suitable for football and rugby, both competitive and recreational, we offer competitive rates for peak and off peak bookings.
Event Parking at Maindy Centre, Crown Way
Better Maindy Centre, Crown Way is perfectly located on the door step of the City Centre.
Whether it's a major music concert or sporting event we can provide hassle free parking.
Just turn up on event day, park up and scan one of the QR codes that are located on the parking signs around the car park, pay the fee for the length of stay you want and you're now either a short bus journey or 20 minute walk away from the city centre.
There is parking enforcement in place.
No parking overnight is permitted.

Studio Area
Our multi-use Studio Area is for all fitness classes, gymnastics courses and can be used by gym customers if no activities are taking place.
