Outdoor Circuit Training
Our Outdoor Circuit Training classes are full body strength training sessions designed to build up your fitness and endurance. Each session is strucutred around a circuit of stations, rotating through different exercises for lower body, upper body and core. You can work through each station at your own pace, with variations available for each exercise to adjust the difficulty to suit your level. Perfect for all abilities, build your speed, strength and agility in the fresh air.

Our seasonal Outdoor Yoga sessions will help you to embrace your natural body movements, developing strength, stability and a peaceful state of mind. Start your day with a mindful flow, suitable for all ages and abilities.
