West View Better Health Leisure Centre
West View Better Health Leisure Centre on Ribbleton Lane brings together fitness, swimming and sport for Preston locals. The gym has cardio machines and free weights, with a separate women-only gym available if you prefer training in that space. Our 25-metre pool offers lane swimming and aqua aerobics classes, which are always popular. There's a sports hall for badminton, plus outdoor 3G pitches and padel courts for five-a-side football, cricket and racket sports. We also have a climbing wall, soft play for younger children, and group cycle sessions alongside yoga, Pilates, boxfit and dance fitness. Unwind after your workout in the sauna and steam room.
