Welcome to Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre located on Montgomery Road in East Belfast.  The £20 million centre boasts a double storey spacious gym with 140 workout stations including state-of-the-art Technogym cardio and resistance stations, dedicated free weight and functional training areas. Three fitness studios offer a variety of classes from HIIT to group cycle. This is the home of Belfast's largest swimming pool, a 25m, 8-lane pool with 250 seater viewing gallery.  There are also two other learner pools for swimming lessons, one with a movable floor dropping to 4 metres in depth for diving.   The 4-court sports hall hosts badminton, basketball, gymnastics, football and much more. The health improvement room supports a range of specialist programmes including Healthwise and MacMillan Move More.  Accessible facilities include Pool pod, lifts, toilets, showers and changing.
