Our gym has everything you need for weight training and cardio, alongside a 25-metre pool for lane swimming, lessons and aqua classes. The sports hall hosts badminton, pickleball and squash, with indoor courts available for bookings all week. Unwind after your workout in the sauna or steam room, or join classes like yoga, Tai Chi, group cycle and dance fitness in our studios. There's a functional training zone for circuits and strength work, plus a 3G artificial turf pitch for football and other sports.
