Whatever your fitness goals, our spacious gym has all the facilities needed to help you achieve them.

Our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. From cardiovascular machines, such as treadmills and rowers, to resistance equipment, free weights, dedicated stretching areas and fitness aids such as Swiss balls.


There are 2 pools in the centre.

  • Main & Teaching Pool: 25m competition pool
  • Teaching/Leisure Pool: 20m leisure and teaching pool

Lane Swimming
These swimming sessions are designed for people of all abilities aged 16+, who want to use swimming to improve their fitness and wellbeing. Lanes are usually marked out in the pool, for people who swim at different paces. Swim safety rules apply. Timetabled sessions in this category: Swim for Women; Swimming lessons; Water Workout (fitness class in the water)

Public Swim
These swimming sessions are for everyone to enjoy and offer a chance to have fun in the pool. Please note: Children under 8 must be accompanied by a swimming adult (over 16) at all times. A maximum of 2 under 8's to one adult. Swim nappies are available to buy at reception.

There are 2 x studios programmed with a range of Fitness Classes to vary your workout - from beginners to advanced level - in a fun and sociable environment.

Health Suite

The Sauna and Steam Rooms can assist with increasing blood flow, weight loss, cleansing, relieving stress and helping to the relax body and mind.
