Swimming is a great way to stay fit and healthy whilst having a lot of fun. 1 session a week in the swimming pool with help to mix up your gym workout, keeping you and your body engaged in different types of activity.
With one of the only swimming pools in Abingdon, our comprehensive pool programme is devised to ensure access to either our teaching & spash pool or 25m main pool are available throughout the day. Activities include
